Outside Sales Representative

XcelHR is hiring Outside Sale Reps for our Rockville location.  In this position you will prospect and develop new client relationships, collect the necessary information from a potential client to demonstrate our SAAS HR solution to meet client needs, develop and deliver innovative proposals and strategic sales presentations to C level executives and small business owners.  XcelHR is a Leading provider of HR Outsourcing solutions.  We offer every available service platform; including HR, PEO, Payroll, Payroll + and staffing services to commercial and Government Contractors.

  • Min 5 years Business to Business sales experience, or relevant coursework
  • Excellent work ethic and a true appreciation for an entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written), including with C-level executives.
  • Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with, Microsoft CRM or similar CRM and forecasting tool.
  • Goal oriented, has a strategic mind set, and plans accordingly for all activities.
  • Ability to generate sales through relationship building, attention to detail, and follow up.
  • Must have a valid driver's License and access to a vehicle.
