Role Overview:

This position is responsible for developing new business, in a specific territory, by prospecting new contacts and accounts as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. This position is also responsible for the fulfillment of the orders and servicing of the equipment.

Activities of the role:

  • Use and develop lead sources to acquire new prospects.
  • Call and visit existing clients 
  • Contact and qualify prospects
  • Meeting with prospects and clients to discover and discuss opportunities
  • Create solutions to solve the clients’ pain
  • Close opportunities
  • Fulfill orders by delivering and installing solutions
  • Maintain equipment for the territory (cleaning, repairing and painting)
  • Set and reach specific, measurable goals for development of territory.

Physical demands/working conditions:

  • Activities require handling and grasping with the hands when performing repairs or maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts electronic controls and other small parts.
  • Driving for extended periods
  • Ability to wear personal protection apparel such as hard hat, hearing, and eye protection as required
  • Ability to bend and kneel for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least four hours per day


  • Minium 18 years old
  • Valid state operator’s driver’s license. Must pass DOT physical
